This Privacy Policy explains how White Label WP Agency (“WLWP”, “we”, “us”, “our”) — operated by Parshwa Soft, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India — collects, uses, stores, and protects information you share with us when you visit whitelabelwp.agency or engage our services as an agency partner.

We collect the minimum information needed to deliver our services. We don’t sell personal data. We don’t run third-party advertising trackers. And we treat partner client information as confidential under our standard NDA.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following:

Information you give us directly

  • Contact information. Name, agency name, email address, phone number — when you book a call, sign up for a plan, or email us.
  • Billing information. Payment details, billing address, GSTIN/VAT — when you pay for a plan. Card numbers are processed by our payment processor and not stored on our servers.
  • Project content. Briefs, design files, client content, codebase access, API keys — provided by you to enable the services. This is treated as confidential under our NDA.
  • Communications. Messages you send us via email, Slack, partner portal, or other channels.

Information we collect automatically

  • Site analytics. Aggregated, anonymized data about visits to our website (pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device type, browser). We use this to understand site performance.
  • Server logs. Standard web server logs including IP address, timestamps, and requested URLs. Retained for security and debugging.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the services you’ve engaged us for (the primary purpose).
  • Process payments and invoicing.
  • Communicate with you about your account, projects, and service updates.
  • Respond to questions, support requests, and partner inquiries.
  • Improve our website and services based on aggregate analytics.

To deliver the services we use a small number of third-party tools that may process limited information:

  • Payment processing — handled by PCI-compliant payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Email — transactional and partner communication via standard business email providers.
  • Communication tools — Slack, ClickUp, Asana, Teamwork, etc., when these are part of a partner’s stack and we work inside them.
  • Analytics — anonymized site analytics tooling.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices. We choose providers that meet reasonable security and data-handling standards.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Active partners: for the duration of the engagement and for 7 years after termination, as required for tax and accounting records.
  • Prospective partners (booked a call but didn’t sign up): up to 18 months for follow-up purposes.
  • Project content (briefs, codebase access): securely deleted within 90 days of engagement termination, unless you ask us to retain longer.
  • Server logs / analytics: rolling 12 months.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls on partner portal data, two-factor authentication on internal admin tools, and a need-to-know access model within our team.

That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to maintain it.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Portability: receive your data in a portable format.
  • Objection: object to certain types of processing.
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw consent for any processing based on consent.

By engaging us, you understand that information you provide may be processed in India, and may be accessed from other jurisdictions where our team or service providers operate. We rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms where required.

10. Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for B2B agency operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active partners by email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
