WooCommerce, memberships, & subscriptions that don't break.
Stores, member portals, donation flows, booking systems. If money or recurring access is involved, your client needs the build to be airtight. We've shipped enough Woo to know where the edge cases hide.
WooCommerce gets messy fast once you start adding subscriptions, memberships, taxes, and custom checkout flows. We've shipped enough of these to know where the bodies are buried.
WooCommerce stores with payment gateways
Full WooCommerce stores with 1–10,000 SKUs. Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Square, Authorize.net, Klarna, Apple Pay — pick your gateway, we'll wire it. Tax engines, shipping zones, dynamic pricing rules.
MemberPress, RCP, Paid Memberships Pro
Tiered memberships, drip content, locked downloads, member-only forums. We've shipped on all three major membership plugins and can tell you which fits your client's exact use case before you commit.
Subscription, donation, & booking flows
Subscription boxes, recurring donations for non-profits, appointment booking with payment, online course payments. The "small business with recurring revenue" stack — all the parts that need to actually work when money is changing hands.
Custom checkout & product pages
Off-the-shelf Woo checkouts hurt conversion. We rebuild checkout flows from scratch, design custom product pages for high-AOV items, build configurators for variable products, and integrate any third-party data the checkout needs to reference.
Three patterns we see again and again with WooCommerce + memberships work.
"Client's existing Woo store has a 4% checkout abandonment rate. Help."
A US e-commerce agency had a client whose Woo checkout was the original 4-page Woo template, with too many fields and no Apple Pay. We rebuilt the checkout in CartFlows + FunnelKit, added Apple Pay and Express Checkout, and brought abandonment from 4% to 0.7% in three weeks.
"Non-profit needs recurring donations + member portal."
A UK marketing agency working with a charity needed recurring monthly donations, a donor portal where supporters could update their card, and tiered "patron" levels with locked thank-you content. We built it on GiveWP + Paid Memberships Pro, integrated with their CRM via Zapier.
"They want subscription boxes. We've never done Woo Subscriptions."
An Indian D2C agency had a client launching a monthly subscription coffee box. The client wanted skip-a-month, swap-products, and pause-subscription features. The agency had only done one-time purchases on Woo. We architected the subscription system, configured Stripe Billing, and shipped a working subscription store.
Your client only ever sees your agency.
Three rules we hold to on every engagement.
Your client's gateway accounts.
Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, all under your client's name. We never set up payment processor accounts on behalf of clients — too much regulatory and liability risk.
You handle launch & transactions.
We hand off the working store on staging. You (or your client) flip the production switch and process the first transactions. We're not in the loop on real money — by design.
PCI compliance stays simple.
We never touch raw card data. Every checkout uses tokenised payment via the gateway's hosted fields or Stripe Elements — keeps your client's PCI scope at SAQ-A.

Things agencies ask first.
How big can a Woo store get before we should switch to Shopify?
Can you handle Indian-specific payment gateways?
What if the client's existing Woo store has 200+ unused plugins?
Do you do Stripe Billing for SaaS-style WordPress products?
Can you build the checkout in our existing page builder?
Got a Woo store or members portal in scope? Let's pressure-test it.
